The ideal candidate will coordinate between consultants and clients, manage project timelines, and ensure smooth execution of consulting services while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. * Serve as a point of contact between clients, consultants, and internal teams. * Schedule meetings, workshops, and client presentations. * Prepare project documentation, reports, proposals, and presentations. * Track project progress and follow up on action items and deliverables. * Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project data. * Assist in onboarding new clients and coordinating service agreements. * Support business development activities, including proposal preparation and client follow\-ups. * Ensure compliance with company processes and consulting standards. * Identify opportunities to improve workflow and project coordination efficiency. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in consulting coordination, project coordination, or administrative roles. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Strong attention to detail and problem\-solving skills. * Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). **Preferred Skills** * Experience in consulting firms or professional services environments. * Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project). * Strong client relationship management skills. * Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a professional consulting environment * Career growth and development opportunities * Exposure to diverse industries and consulting projects * Supportive and collaborative workplace culture Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
