As we expand, we are seeking a skilled **IT Service Desk Analyst** to join our team and support our growing digital ecosystem. Role Overview The **IT Service Desk Analyst** will be responsible for providing first\-line technical support to hotel staff, resolving IT issues, and ensuring smooth operation of digital systems. This role requires strong technical knowledge, communication skills, and a customer\-first mindset. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-level support for hardware, software, and network issues. * Respond to service desk tickets, troubleshoot problems, and escalate when necessary. * Support hotel management systems, POS, and guest service platforms. * Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems. * Collaborate with IT teams to resolve recurring issues and improve system reliability. * Train hotel staff on IT systems and best practices. * Ensure compliance with company standards and Qatari IT regulations. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or service desk roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and hospitality systems. * Experience with ticketing systems and ITIL practices is a plus. * Excellent problem\-solving, communication, and customer service skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, multicultural environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
