Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks **BIM Modeler – Architectural** **Experience:** 5 Years **Location:** Doha **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Architectural BIM Modeler** with at least **5 years of experience** in architectural modeling and coordination. The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate BIM models, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project requirements are achieved efficiently. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and develop architectural BIM models using **Autodesk Revit**. * Prepare architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details in accordance with project standards. * Coordinate with structural and MEP disciplines to resolve clashes and design conflicts. * Participate in BIM coordination meetings and implement project requirements. * Produce construction documentation and shop drawings from BIM models. * Ensure models comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project specifications, and industry standards. * Perform clash detection and model reviews using **Navisworks**. * Update and revise BIM models based on design changes and client comments. * Maintain model accuracy and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. * Support quantity take\-offs and extraction of schedules from BIM models. * Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers throughout the project lifecycle. **Requirements** * Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field. * Minimum **5 years of experience** as an Architectural BIM Modeler. * Proficiency in **Autodesk Revit** and **AutoCAD**. * Experience with **Navisworks** for coordination and clash detection. * Knowledge of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and construction documentation. * Experience working on commercial, residential, infrastructure, or high\-rise projects. * Strong understanding of architectural detailing and building codes. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
