Role Overview The **Front Office Manager** will be responsible for overseeing front desk operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional guest service. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to foster a welcoming and professional environment. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and manage front office staff, including receptionists and guest service agents. * Oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring smooth check\-in and check\-out processes. * Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism. * Monitor occupancy levels, reservations, and room allocations. * Train and mentor front office staff to maintain service excellence. * Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari hospitality regulations. * Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest satisfaction. * Prepare reports and updates for senior management on front office performance. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field. * 4–6 years of experience in front office management or hospitality leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards. * Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar). * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
