Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across departments We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to lead and manage day\-to\-day HR operations while supporting workforce management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational effectiveness within a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and oversee daily HR operations and administration activities * Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leave, and performance management processes * Supervise HR team members and ensure efficient HR service delivery * Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices * Support workforce planning and manpower requirements across departments * Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and HR investigations * Monitor HR metrics and provide reports and recommendations to management * Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and employee engagement initiatives Key Requirements: ✅ Male candidate preferred ✅ Muslim candidate preferred ✅ 8–12 years of total HR experience ✅ Minimum 2–5 years in a supervisory or managerial HR role ✅ Manufacturing, industrial, contracting, or production industry experience preferred ✅ Strong background in HR operations, employee relations, and HR administration ✅ Good knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and HRMS/ERP systems ✅ Immediate joiners are highly preferred Pay: QAR10,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month Application Question(s): * How soon you can join? * How much is your salary expectation?
