Role Overview The **Operations Manager** will oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure that processes align with company goals. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to drive efficiency across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities * Oversee and manage daily operational activities across departments. * Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. * Supervise staff, providing guidance and performance management. * Monitor budgets, resources, and operational KPIs. * Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and company policies. * Collaborate with senior management to align operations with strategic objectives. * Identify risks and implement solutions to mitigate operational challenges. * Prepare reports and updates for leadership on operational performance. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. * 5–7 years of experience in operations management or leadership roles. * Strong knowledge of operational processes, logistics, and resource management. * Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. * Excellent communication, leadership, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
