The ideal candidate will coordinate between creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure all production activities run smoothly, on time, and within budget. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate day\-to\-day production activities across multiple projects and teams. * Assist in planning shoot schedules, production timelines, and resource allocation. * Communicate effectively with directors, producers, crew members, and vendors. * Ensure all production requirements (equipment, locations, permits, materials) are arranged in advance. * Track production progress and report updates to the production manager. * Manage logistics including transportation, accommodation, and on\-site coordination. * Maintain production documentation such as call sheets, schedules, and reports. * Monitor budgets and assist in controlling production costs. * Troubleshoot operational issues during production and provide quick solutions. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and production guidelines at all times. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film Studies, Communications, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in production coordination, media, or event management. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production planning tools. * Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. **Preferred Skills** * Experience in film, TV, advertising, or event production. * Familiarity with production workflows and on\-set operations. * Strong problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Dynamic and creative work environment * Opportunity to work on diverse production projects in Doha * Career growth within the media and production industry Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to QAR650,000\.00 per year Work Location: In person
