Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders on project designs **We are seeking an Electrical Draughtsman** with expertise in electrical systems including power layout, lighting, single line diagrams, low current systems, and conduit/trunking layouts. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to prepare accurate technical drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and other relevant software. **Responsibilities:** * Create detailed electrical drawings and layouts for power, lighting, low current systems, and single line diagrams using AutoCAD. * Design and prepare conduit and trunking layout drawings based on project requirements. * Ensure all electrical designs comply with relevant standards, regulations, and client specifications. * Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs. * Revise drawings based on feedback, design changes, and site conditions. * Maintain comprehensive documentation including shop drawings, as\-built drawings, and material take\-offs. * Assist project teams with technical support during design and construction phases. * Contribute to the preparation of design reports, schedules, and presentations. **Technical Expertise:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit or other BIM tools is a plus). * Strong knowledge of electrical design standards, cable routing, and electrical system layouts. * Understanding of low current systems (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, etc.) and infrastructure planning. **Experience:** * Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical drafting within the construction or MEP industry. **Soft Skills:** * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines effectively. **Apply Now: cheryl.dsouza@alaali\-int.com** Job Type: Full\-time Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
