This leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations and industry standards. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead multidisciplinary engineering project teams. * Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution. * Monitor technical quality and project performance. * Manage client relationships and project governance. * Ensure compliance with engineering and safety standards. * Support business growth through operational excellence. **Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. * Extensive experience leading major engineering projects. * Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills. * Experience with large\-scale industrial or infrastructure developments. * Professional engineering registration is preferred.
