We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure, ensure system security, and provide technical support across the organization. Job Summary The IT Administrator will be responsible for maintaining computer systems, networks, servers, and business applications to ensure optimal performance and security. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support users in a fast\-paced environment. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and operating systems. * Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. * Administer servers, user accounts, permissions, and access controls. * Perform system updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures. * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. * Maintain antivirus, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity measures. * Provide technical support and training to employees as needed. * Document IT procedures, configurations, and support activities. * Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required. * Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and technology deployments. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in IT administration, systems administration, or technical support. * Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking concepts. * Experience with system backups, virtualization, and cybersecurity practices. * Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. * Knowledge of cloud services and enterprise IT environments is an advantage. * Excellent problem\-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Preferred Qualifications * Professional certifications such as CompTIA Network\+, Security\+, Microsoft Certified, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent. * Experience with virtualization platforms and cloud technologies. * Familiarity with IT asset management and help desk systems.
