Summary: This role involves preparing and maintaining project schedules, developing execution plans, monitoring progress, and coordinating with various teams to ensure timely project completion. Focus on project progress monitoring and analysis Key Responsibilities * Prepare and maintain project schedules using planning software. * Develop project execution plans, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines. * Monitor project progress and identify schedule variances. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams to ensure timely project execution. * Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. * Analyze project delays and recommend corrective actions. * Monitor resource utilization and support project planning activities. * Participate in project meetings and provide schedule updates. * Ensure planning activities comply with company procedures and project requirements. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering **(Mandatory)**. * Minimum **5 years** of overall experience. * Minimum **3 years** of experience in the **Oil \& Gas industry**. * Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring. * Experience with **Primavera P6** and/or **Microsoft Project**. * Good analytical, communication, and reporting skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Pay: QAR3,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
