Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams Senior SAP Consultant – Dashboard \& Visualization **Location:** Doha, Qatar (Onsite) **Job Type:** Contract – 24 Months (Extendable) About the Role We are seeking an experienced **Senior SAP Consultant – Dashboard \& Visualization** to support the SAP Analytics workstream within a major SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program. The successful candidate will lead the design, development, migration, and support of enterprise dashboarding, visualization, planning, and analytics solutions across SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP BCS/4HANA, SAP BusinessObjects (BO), and related SAP technologies. This role requires strong expertise in SAP analytics, dashboard development, planning solutions, data visualization, data modeling, and enterprise reporting while working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners. Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, and support enterprise dashboard and visualization solutions using SAP Analytics technologies. * Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), SAP Datasphere, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP BCS/4HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects (BO). * Support migration and modernization of SAP analytics platforms using SAP\-recommended migration tools and best practices. * Develop interactive dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, reports, planning models, and visualization solutions to support business decision\-making. * Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. * Design and develop data models, ETL processes, backend configurations, authorization controls, and reporting structures. * Conduct workshops with business users to understand reporting requirements and recommend analytics solutions. * Guide implementation partners and system integrators on analytics architecture, dashboard design, and SAP best practices. * Participate in solution design, testing, deployment, go\-live, and post\-implementation support. * Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and provide regular project status updates. * Ensure reporting security, governance, and data access controls are aligned with enterprise standards. * Collaborate with SAP support teams to resolve product issues and continuously improve analytics capabilities. * Support enterprise reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business intelligence initiatives. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. * Professional SAP certifications in any of the following are preferred: * SAP BW/4HANA * SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) * SAP Datasphere * SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) * SAP BPC * SAP BCS/4HANA Experience Required * Minimum **9 years** of SAP Analytics, Dashboard, and Visualization experience. * At least **4 years of hands\-on experience** implementing SAP BW/4HANA or SAP cloud analytics solutions. * Minimum one full lifecycle implementation of SAP BCS/4HANA, SAP BPC, SAP Datasphere, or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). * Experience leading end\-to\-end migration from SAP BPC to SAP BPC/4HANA. * Strong experience with: * SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) * SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) * SAP Datasphere * SAP BW/4HANA * SAP BPC * SAP BCS/4HANA * SAP BusinessObjects (BO) * SAP HANA Data Modeling * HANA Studio * BW Modeling * ETL Development * Experience integrating SAP and non\-SAP systems using SAP Data Services (BODS), Smart Data Integration (SDI), and OSIsoft connectors. * Hands\-on experience in dashboard development, planning models, backend configuration, authorization controls, data marts, testing, and user training. * Good understanding of SAP BusinessObjects Console Management System Security. * Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA functional modules and analytics integration. * Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI integration is desirable. * Experience with Databricks is an advantage. * Experience in the Oil \& Gas industry is preferred. * Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies is an advantage. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
