Professional development and training opportunities. **Welding Inspector – Seashore Group** **Location: Qatar** **Job Type: Full\-Time** **About the Role** Seashore Group is seeking an experienced Welding Inspector to support quality assurance across its steel fabrication, construction, and industrial projects. You will inspect welding activities, verify compliance with project specifications and international standards, and help ensure the delivery of safe, high\-quality work. **Key Responsibilities** * Inspect welding and fabrication activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures, drawings, and project specifications. * Verify welder qualifications, WPS, PQR, and welding consumables before production. * Perform visual inspections before, during, and after welding operations. * Coordinate non\-destructive testing (NDT) activities, including UT, RT, MT, and PT, as required. * Identify welding defects, prepare non\-conformance reports (NCRs), and recommend corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with AWS, ASME, API, and client quality requirements. * Review inspection records, material certificates, and quality documentation. * Collaborate with QA/QC teams, project managers, production personnel, and clients to resolve quality issues. * Maintain accurate inspection records and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. **Skills \& Qualifications** * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related technical discipline. * 3–5 years of experience as a Welding Inspector in construction, fabrication, oil and gas, or industrial projects. * CSWIP 3\.1, AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI), or an equivalent certification is highly preferred. * Knowledge of welding processes, NDT methods, quality management systems, and international welding codes. * Strong attention to detail, analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills. **Benefits** * Competitive salary and employee benefits. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Supportive and safety\-focused work environment. * Opportunity to work on large\-scale industrial and construction projects. **Apply Now** *Submit your CV and cover letter to join Seashore Group and contribute to the delivery of high\-quality fabrication and construction projects across Qatar.* Pay: From QAR8,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
