Maintain organized work environment and assist team **Job Title:** Counter Clerk \-fulltime **Responsible for:** Marking \& Implementing tracking of customer laundry items in the branch. **Duties and Responsibilities:** * Ensures all items are sorted, counted and marked correctly. * Ensures that customer requests are met on time and to the set standards. * Receives customer laundry and dry cleaning; check the items against the list submitted by the customer. * Sorts out, segregate and checks items before marking. * Ensures items are ready for delivery at the specified times. * Responsible for any missing items and mishandled customer articles. * Inspects and sorts cleaned customer articles according to the bill number. Ensures they are ready for delivery after verifying they are properly cleaned and pressed. * Keeps work area clean and in an orderly condition. * Ensures proper operation and care of machinery in the laundry. * Reports any loss or damage of fixtures and equipment to the Laundry Manager. * Answers telephone, records Customer calls in the logbook and passes the details to customer service. * Communicate customer feedback and complaints to customer service department for further action. * Assists and trains other new Counter members in the process of marking. * Report immediately any customer’s valuables/items found in the pockets of clothes sent to the laundry. * Carries out any special work assignments. * To be familiar with and carry out the policies and procedures set by the laundry. * Assists in implementing emergency procedures when requested. * Attends meetings. * Participates in continuous training. * Shows a positive and attentive attitude towards customers and fellow colleagues at all times. * Maintains personal hygiene, be well groomed and clean at all times. * Maintains a harmonious relationship with all customer and staff. * To be fully conversant with fire and safety procedures to adhere to them. * May be required to work different shifts and to do overtime whenever required. * To be punctual, honest and hard\-working. * To be fully conversant with the laundry \& branches opening hours, facilities special requests. **Salary per month QAR 1300\+hanger commision depends on branch \+ food accomodation transportation not convert in cash allowance share your cv with the subject of COUNTER CLERK at whatsapp \# 70034424\.** **Job Location: Doha, Qatar.** **Available to join immediately.** **Must have QID with transferable visa with NOC.** **Job Type: Full\-time** **\*\*\*Note\*avalid QID should apply\*\*\*** Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR1,300\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
