As Qatar’s road network continues to expand with advanced Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) and state\-of\-the\-art technologies, we are seeking a **RAMC Account Manager** to lead the technology operations and innovation within the **Roads Asset Maintenance Centre (RAMC)** and distributed control rooms. The role ensures effective ICT/ITS strategy execution, operational excellence, and alignment with stakeholders to maintain Qatar’s world\-class roads infrastructure. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide **technology advisory services**, supporting ICT/ITS project planning, budgeting, and procurement activities. * Oversee and manage **RAMC ICT/ITS maintenance staff**, ensuring SLA compliance and accurate performance metrics. * Ensure all ICT/ITS activities meet **security, audit, and process compliance standards**. * Identify opportunities to **enhance technology stability and reduce costs** across RAMC and other control rooms. * Promote a **culture of innovation** by introducing new ways to leverage technology for efficiency and resilience. * Manage **IT asset lifecycle**, ensuring timely renewal and cost\-effective maintenance contracts. * Conduct regular **RAMC operational reviews**, ensuring alignment with ICT/ITS service objectives. * Set and monitor **daily, weekly, and quarterly operational goals** for consistent service improvement. * Lead **incident and service review meetings** with maintenance contractors to align performance with strategic goals. **Qualifications \& Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering**. * 7\+ years of experience in **ICT/ITS operations, maintenance, or systems management**. * Proven experience managing **complex infrastructure or control room systems**. * Strong leadership, vendor management, and performance monitoring skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
