**JOB SUMMARY** Coordinates with the Restaurant Manager and Restaurant for the day to day operation, assist in overseeing and directing all aspects in providing courteous and efficient service of Food and Beverage at the assigned outlet. **Additional Duties \& Responsibilities** * Assist the Restaurant Manager in preparing duty rosters, leave planning, and manpower deployment to ensure adequate staffing levels. * Monitor daily reservations, table allocations, and guest flow to ensure smooth and efficient service operations. * Ensure proper use of POS systems, accuracy of billing, and compliance with cash handling procedures where applicable. * Supervise mise en place setup before service and ensure outlet readiness at all times. * Ensure all service staff strictly adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Coordinate closely with the Kitchen team to ensure timely service and correct presentation of food and beverages. * Monitor stock levels, assist in inventory control, and raise requisitions as required. * Identify operational issues and recommend corrective actions to management. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and HACCP standards at all times. * Support disciplinary actions and performance evaluations in coordination with the Restaurant Manager and HR. * Assist in handling VIP guests, special requests, and special events or functions. * Ensure all guest feedback is recorded, reported, and followed up appropriately. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, back\-of\-house areas, and storage rooms. * Actively participate in cost control measures to achieve departmental targets. * Ensure effective communication during shift handovers and team briefings.
