Provide clear data on investments, risks, and business efficiency **Financial Director** **10G Minds LLC** \| **Building 89, Al Khor Coastal Road, Al Khor** **THE ROLE** 10G Minds LLC is looking for a strategic Financial Director to lead our financial department in Al Khor. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for the company’s overall financial health, helping us grow while keeping our operations stable and compliant. WHAT YOU WILL DO You will lead the company’s financial strategy, which includes managing big\-picture budgets and long\-term planning. Your job is to make sure our financial reports are 100% accurate and that we are following all Qatari tax laws and international accounting rules. You will work closely with the Board of Directors to provide clear data on investments, risks, and ways to make the business more efficient. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR** * **Experience:** At least 12 years in finance, with 5\+ years in a senior leadership or Director role. * **Education:** A degree in Finance or Accounting is required. You must also have a professional certification like a CPA, CFA, or ACCA. * **Technical Skills:** You should be an expert in using financial software (ERP systems) and building complex financial models. * **Communication:** Professional fluency in English is a must for reporting and working with international partners.
