Continuous improvement of warehouse layout and workflows Job title Lead Corporate Services Officer Ref \# 224932 Location Qatar \- Doha Job family Corporate \& Commercial * Closing date: 30\-Nov\-2025 **About the role** In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end flow of materials at the Corporate Services Store, with a strong focus on inventory planning, warehouse operations, and supply chain coordination to support the maintenance operations team. This position serves as a critical link between the technical maintenance teams and logistics functions, ensuring that materials are available, traceable, and handled in accordance with best practices for operational continuity. Key Responsibilities will be inclusive of, but not limited to the following: **Inventory Planning \& Forecasting** Collaborate with the maintenance team to anticipate material needs for both preventive and reactive maintenance. Translate technical requirements into accurate material forecasts and ensure timely availability. **Warehouse Operations \& Controls** Oversee the receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials and consumables. Maintain accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts, physical verifications, and reconciliation processes. **Process \& Compliance Management** Implement and monitor robust controls for all material transactions including Material Requisitions, Goods Receipts, Issue Slips, Stock Transfers, and Returns. Ensure compliance with internal policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements. **ERP \& Documentation Oversight** Manage all inventory activities using Oracle Materials Management or equivalent ERP systems. Maintain clear and auditable documentation for all transactions. **Operational Efficiency \& Layout Optimization** Continuously improve warehouse layout and workflows to enhance retrieval speed, safety compliance, and space utilization. **Problem Solving \& Continuity Planning** Proactively identify supply risks and propose alternative sourcing or substitution strategies to avoid operational disruptions. **Be part of an extraordinary story** Your skills. Together, everything is possible. ### **Qualifications** **About you** * Bachelor’s Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering with Minimum 5 years of job\-related experience. * 7 or more years’ experience in a relevant support services position. * Knowledge of warehousing practices. * Understanding of preventive maintenance programs and spare parts planning. * Hands on knowledge of Oracle ERP or similar systems. * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. * Proven ability to work under pressure to defined timescales. * Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good communication and stakeholder management skills. **About Qatar Airways Group** Our story started with four aircraft.
