Growth Opportunities You will have opportunities to lead regional training projects and work with enterprise clients across multiple sectors in the GCC. **Key Responsibilities** Training Program Leadership Lead end to end development of corporate training programs including planning design execution and evaluation Learning Strategy Development Develop structured training frameworks aligned with organizational and client workforce needs Stakeholder Management Collaborate with HR departments business leaders and client representatives to identify skill gaps and training requirements Quality and Performance Tracking Monitor training effectiveness using performance metrics feedback and learning outcomes to continuously improve program quality Team Coordination Work with trainers content developers and operations teams to ensure consistent and high quality training delivery What We Are Looking For Experience Minimum 6 years of experience in training learning and development program management or corporate education roles with leadership exposure preferred Skills Strong program management capability instructional design knowledge and ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously Communication Strong English communication skills required Arabic is an advantage for client coordination in the region Mindset Structured analytical and focused on delivering measurable business and learning impact with a strong attention to operational excellence Pay: QAR11,000\.00 \- QAR15,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
