Summary: The HR Manager will oversee full Human Resources operations, ensuring compliance with local laws and company objectives while managing a diverse, multinational workforce. Highlights: 1. The HR Manager will oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with the **Qatar Labor Law**, internal policies, and company objectives. The role requires strong leadership, understanding of local regulations, and the ability to manage a diverse, multinational workforce. JOB ROLE * Manage end\-to\-end recruitment locally and internationally. * Lead initiatives that align HR strategy with business goals. * Guide department managers in performance reviews and improvement plans. * Ensure HR policies comply with Qatar labor law. * Conduct disciplinary actions as per company policy and Qatar Labor guidelines REQUIREMETS * Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; master’s preferred. * Minimum **6–8 years of HR experience in Qatar**, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. * Strong knowledge of **Qatar Labor Law** and HR best practices. * Experience working with multinational teams. * Strong leadership, problem\-solving, and decision\-making abilities.
