The ideal candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding payments, maintaining positive client relationships, and ensuring timely collection in line with company policies. **Key Responsibilities:** * Contact clients via phone, email, or in person to collect outstanding debts * Negotiate payment plans and follow up on commitments * Maintain accurate records of all collection activities * Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments * Resolve billing and payment issues in a professional manner * Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements * Prepare reports on collection status and progress **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in debt collection, credit control, or as a recovery agent within Qatar. * Strong negotiation and communication skills * Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred) * Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage) * Ability to handle pressure and meet targets **How to Apply:** Applicants who have the required experience and sills can forward their CVs to **hr@ibnajayan.com**, with the **subject line \- Debit Collector**.
