Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled professionals across a range of cleaning functions, responsible for maintaining the hotel’s overall appearance and cleanliness. They feel empowered to stay on the move and do whatever needs to be done at any given moment. Whether responding to guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or handling other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure that hotel spaces enable guests to have an outstanding experience. Regardless of their specific role, there are several fundamentals critical to success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance).
