This role is ideal for someone who can coordinate maintenance requests, schedule technicians, track work orders, and support smooth day\-to\-day facilities and building service operations. As a Maintenance Coordinator, you will help manage repair requests, follow up on maintenance schedules, communicate with clients and site teams, and ensure issues are handled on time. You should be practical, detail\-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced facilities, construction support, and maintenance environment. **Location:** Umm Salal Mohammed Commercial Area, Umm Salal, Qatar **Company:** ACH Build and Facilities Services WLL **Key Responsibilities:** **Maintenance Coordination:** Receive, log, assign, and monitor maintenance requests from clients, tenants, site teams, and internal departments. **Work Order Tracking:** Track work orders from request to completion, update job status, and follow up with technicians or service providers. **Technician Scheduling:** Coordinate technician schedules, site visits, repairs, inspections, and emergency maintenance support when required. **Client Communication:** Provide clear updates to clients and internal teams regarding maintenance progress, expected timelines, delays, and completed work. **Vendor Follow\-Up:** Communicate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to confirm availability, quotations, materials, and repair schedules. **Documentation:** Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, inspection records, job completion forms, purchase requests, and related documents. **Preventive Maintenance Support:** Assist with planned maintenance schedules for facilities, equipment, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building services. **Issue Resolution:** Help resolve delays, missing materials, repeated repair issues, technician scheduling concerns, and service complaints professionally. **What We Are Looking For:** **Experience:** Previous experience in maintenance coordination, facilities support, construction support, property management, operations coordination, or technician scheduling is preferred. **Organisation Skills:** Able to manage work orders, schedules, reports, follow\-ups, and multiple service requests at the same time. **Communication:** Comfortable coordinating with clients, technicians, suppliers, contractors, site teams, and management. **Attention to Detail:** Able to check job details, maintenance records, service reports, purchase requests, and completion updates accurately. **Facilities Awareness:** Basic understanding of building maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, civil works, or general facilities services is preferred. **Problem\-Solving:** Able to respond quickly to urgent repairs, delays, material issues, and client concerns. **Computer Skills:** Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, work order trackers, maintenance logs, and basic office software. **Mindset:** Reliable, practical, service\-focused, and able to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. الراتب المدفوع: QAR٥٥٬٠٠٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
