Summary: Accountable for providing Engineering Management services for assigned projects, ensuring contractual, safety, quality, and technical objectives are met. Highlights: 1. Manage multi-disciplinary teams in FEED/EPIC projects Primary Purpose of the Job: Accountable for providing Engineering Management services for the assigned project(s) in order to achieve the contractual, safety, quality and technical objectives while adhering to project cost and schedule. Responsible for the resource planning aspects of all Discipline Engineers required to support assigned projects, ensuring effective use of resources through the project life cycle. Required Experience and Skills: * Fifteen (15\) years minimum overall experience with ten (5\) years in design management of major oil \& gas projects. * Knowledge of international, Shell DEPs and /or QATARENERGY standards related to his area of expertise. * Possesses Extensive and demonstrable leadership, coordination, communication and management skills. * Extensive experience managing multi\-disciplinarily teams, and engineering in projects dealing with FEED/EPIC contractors. * Demonstrable HSE leadership skills and experience. Educational Qualifications: * B.Sc. Degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognized University; higher degree would be advantageous. * Membership in a recognized professional engineering and/or project management association/institution would be an advantage.
