Interpret technical drawings and support shutdowns Key Responsibilities * Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of pumps, compressors, valves, heat exchangers, and other plant equipment. * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in refinery/plant environments. * Dismantle, inspect, troubleshoot, and reassemble mechanical components. * Conduct equipment alignment, bearing and seal replacement, and flange assembly. * Interpret technical drawings and follow OEM specifications. * Support shutdowns and emergency breakdown maintenance. * Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, and LOTO procedures. * Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. **Qualifications** * Proven experience in refinery and industrial plant operations. * Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures. * Minimum 2– 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Fitter in refinery and/or industrial plant environments.
