We are a leading construction and fit\-out company in Qatar seeking a **Mechanical Engineer (UPDA Certified)** with **5–6 years of GCC experience** to join our growing and dynamic team. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage all mechanical works including **HVAC, plumbing, and fire\-fighting systems**. * Coordinate with **consultants, main contractors, and other engineering disciplines** to ensure smooth project execution. * Review and interpret **technical drawings, specifications, and shop drawings** to ensure compliance with project requirements and local authorities’ standards. * Monitor site progress, manpower, and material usage to ensure works are completed **on time, within budget, and to quality standards**. * Prepare and submit **method statements, material submittals, inspection requests, and progress reports**. * Ensure compliance with **HSE regulations and project quality requirements**. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s Degree in **Mechanical Engineering**. * **UPDA Certification (Mandatory)**. * **5–6 years of GCC experience**, preferably in construction or fit\-out projects. * Strong technical knowledge of **HVAC, plumbing, and fire\-fighting systems**. * Excellent **communication, coordination, and problem\-solving skills**. * **Valid Qatar Driving License** is preferred. **Interested candidates** may send their updated CV to: **chandra@pledgect.com** **Email Subject:** *Mechanical Engineer* Job Type: Full\-time
