Role Overview The **IT Support Administrator** will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring smooth day\-to\-day operations. This role requires strong problem\-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service to internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Provide first\-line technical support to staff and resolve IT issues promptly. * Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical problems. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. * Ensure system security, backups, and compliance with IT policies. * Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects. * Maintain accurate documentation of IT procedures and configurations. * Train and assist staff with IT tools and best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration. * Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux) and networking fundamentals. * Experience with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, or similar). * Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. * Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
