As we expand, we are seeking a proactive **IT Support Lead** to oversee our support operations and ensure seamless technology experiences for our clients and teams. Role Overview The **IT Support Lead** will be responsible for managing IT support teams, coordinating technical assistance, and ensuring high\-quality service delivery across the organization. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and strong communication skills to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities * Lead and supervise the IT support team to deliver timely and effective solutions. * Oversee daily IT support operations, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. * Manage escalated technical issues and ensure quick resolution. * Develop and implement IT support policies, procedures, and performance metrics. * Collaborate with IT infrastructure and systems teams to align support with organizational needs. * Train and mentor staff on IT tools, troubleshooting, and customer service best practices. * Monitor IT systems performance and recommend improvements. * Prepare reports on IT support activities and team performance. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 4–7 years of experience in IT support, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and system administration. * Experience with helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and ITIL practices. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
