Exposure to modern technologies and systems **Job Title: IT Support Specialist** **Company:** Altermicro LLC **Location:** Doha, Qatar **Job Summary** Altermicro LLC is seeking a skilled and reliable **IT Support Specialist** to provide technical assistance, maintain IT systems, and ensure smooth day\-to\-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will support end\-users, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide first\-line technical support for hardware, software, and network\-related issues. * Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals. * Troubleshoot system errors, connectivity issues, and application problems. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights. * Monitor IT systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime. * Support office applications, email systems, and cloud\-based tools. * Maintain IT documentation, support logs, and technical records. * Assist in system upgrades, software installations, and IT projects. * Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and technical support. * Ensure adherence to IT security policies and data protection standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles. * Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft Office, and common business applications. * Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, DNS, DHCP). * Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests. * Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage). **Preferred Skills** * Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, or cloud services. * Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and ITSM tools. * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices. * IT certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, or equivalent (preferred). **What We Offer** * Competitive salary package * Opportunity to work in a dynamic IT environment * Career development and training opportunities * Exposure to modern technologies and systems * Supportive and collaborative workplace culture الراتب المدفوع: QAR٠٫٠٠ لكل عام موقع العمل: بشكل شخصي
