Key Responsibilities * Provide first\- and second\-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and peripheral equipment. * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems, hardware, and business applications. * Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and other enterprise productivity platforms. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through Active Directory. * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues efficiently. * Respond to IT support requests promptly while meeting established service\-level agreements (SLAs). * Perform routine system maintenance, software installations, updates, and security patch management. * Monitor IT infrastructure to ensure system availability, performance, and security. * Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, support tickets, and technical procedures. * Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to resolve escalated technical issues. * Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades, system deployments, and technology improvement projects. * Promote cybersecurity awareness and ensure compliance with organizational IT policies and best practices. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, or help desk operations. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and desktop support. * Solid understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, VPN, and wireless networking. * Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, and endpoint devices. * Familiarity with endpoint security, antivirus software, backup solutions, and cybersecurity best practices. * Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem\-solving skills. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment. * Professional certifications such as CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft Certified, or ITIL are considered an advantage.
