The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist users with hardware, software, and network\-related problems. **Responsibilities:** * Provide first\-line technical support to end\-users * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues * Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and other IT equipment * Manage user accounts, access rights, and system permissions * Monitor and maintain IT systems and network performance * Support email systems, Office applications, and operating systems * Assist in IT infrastructure setup and maintenance * Perform system updates, backups, and routine maintenance * Log and track issues using a ticketing system * Ensure compliance with IT security policies **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field * Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk role * Strong knowledge of Windows OS, basic networking, and troubleshooting * Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory * Good problem\-solving and communication skills * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks * Strong customer service orientation **Preferred:** * IT certifications (CompTIA A\+, Network\+, Microsoft, etc.) * Experience with IT ticketing systems * Knowledge of basic cybersecurity practices Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR4,500\.00 \- QAR5,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
