Summary: Seeking an experienced Oracle Hyperion EPM Administrator to manage, maintain, and support Hyperion environments, ensuring system performance and user access across various financial processes. Provide technical and functional support to business users **Mandatory Requirements \& Qualifications:** **Experience:** * Minimum 8–10 years of experience with Oracle Hyperion products. * At least 5 years of relevant experience in Oracle Hyperion administration and support. * Experience leading Hyperion system upgrades and deployment projects. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline. **Technical Skills:** * Oracle Hyperion Essbase * Oracle Hyperion Planning * Oracle Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDM/FDMEE) * Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) * Smart View and Essbase Excel Add\-in * Reporting Studio * Oracle EPM Suite Administration * Shared Services Security Administration * Disaster Recovery Planning * Backup \& Recovery * Patch Management \& Version Control * Production Support \& Performance Tuning * Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite **Mandatory Criteria:** * Strong experience administering Oracle Hyperion EPM environments. * Expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and FDMEE. * Experience managing production, test, development, and disaster recovery environments. * Ability to support end users and external stakeholders across Qatar. * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. **Key Responsibilities:** * Administer Oracle Hyperion environments, including Essbase, Planning, HFM, and FDMEE. * Manage production, development, testing, and disaster recovery environments. * Perform system upgrades, patching, backup, recovery, and failover testing. * Maintain Hyperion environment security and user access through Shared Services. * Coordinate data loads between Oracle EBS and Hyperion FDMEE. * Support budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes. * Maintain budgeting allocations and financial master data. * Develop, maintain, and enhance standard financial reports. * Support month\-end and year\-end financial closing activities. * Monitor system performance and perform capacity planning and tuning. * Manage deployment of production code changes and version control. * Develop and maintain administration, operational, and technical documentation. * Implement backup, archiving, and disaster recovery policies. * Coordinate Hyperion infrastructure backup operations with backup administrators. * Analyze system reports, reconciliations, and application performance. * Lead new Hyperion environment implementation and deployment activities. * Provide technical and functional support to business users across Qatar.
