Ensure projects are completed within budget and meet quality standards Before applying, this position is for candidates who are residing in Qatar with valid QID We are looking for a highly skilled and detail\-oriented **Quantity Surveyor** (for Structural Construction Projects)to join our team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing costs related to construction and engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget and meet quality standards. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to provide accurate cost estimates, track expenses, and ensure compliance with contracts and specifications. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. * 5 \- 10 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Building Construction projects. * Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards. * Proficiency in preparing BOQs (Bills of Quantities), cost estimates, and tender documents. * Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes. * Experience using software tools such as MS Excel, AutoCAD, Primavera, or other quantity surveying software. * Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
