Develops and implements technical solutions tailored to customer requirements The Senior Engineer – Key electrical bulk accounts is responsible for managing engineering and technical support for high\-value bulk customers and key accounts. The role ensures reliable service delivery, resolves complex technical issues, supports account\-specific solutions, and acts as the technical interface between customers, commercial teams, and internal operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Act as the primary technical focal point for bulk and key account customers. * Provide advanced engineering support for system performance, troubleshooting, and fault resolution. * Monitor and analyze customer system data to ensure optimal performance and reliability. * Support onboarding and integration of new key account customers, including system setup and configuration. * Coordinate with operations, IT, and field teams to resolve critical incidents within SLA timelines. * Develop and implement technical solutions tailored to bulk customer requirements. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures. * Prepare technical reports, performance dashboards, and customer\-specific insights. * Support commercial teams during tendering, proposals, and technical presentations. * Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and service level agreements. * Build and maintain strong technical relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and testing for key account environments. **Qualifications \& Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline * Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably within utlity key accounts or bulk supply operations * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Knowledge of system integration, data monitoring platforms, or enterprise systems. * Ability to interpret technical data and translate into actionable insights. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience in SLA\-driven environments.
