Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail\-oriented **Software Support Coordinator** to oversee software support operations, manage client inquiries, and ensure smooth delivery of technical assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate between clients, developers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate software support activities, including troubleshooting and issue resolution. * Respond to client inquiries and provide timely technical assistance. * Collaborate with developers and IT teams to resolve complex software issues. * Maintain accurate records of support requests, incidents, and resolutions. * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements. * Ensure compliance with Qatar’s IT regulations and company standards. * Prepare reports and updates for management on support activities. * Support training initiatives for staff and clients on software usage. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3–6 years of experience in software support or coordination roles. * Strong knowledge of software systems, applications, and troubleshooting practices. * Excellent organizational, communication, and problem\-solving skills. * Familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM tools, and ITIL practices. * Ability to multitask and manage priorities in fast\-paced environments. * Relevant certifications in IT or software support are an advantage.
