To support our expanding operations, we are seeking a skilled **System Administrator** to join our team. Role Overview The **System Administrator** will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems, ensuring optimal performance, and supporting users across the organization. This role requires technical expertise, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to ensure system reliability and security. Key Responsibilities * Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and IT systems. * Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. * Ensure system security, backups, and disaster recovery readiness. * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. * Collaborate with IT teams to support infrastructure upgrades and projects. * Maintain documentation of system configurations and procedures. * Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatari IT regulations. * Provide technical support and training to staff when needed. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * 3–5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role. * Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and virtualization. * Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or similar). * Proficiency in system monitoring and security tools. * Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment. * Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
