Assist with finance tasks, procurement, and digital marketing updates \*Hiring: Admin Assistant / Admin Officer\* We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and multitasking Admin Assistant to support office operations, project coordination, and documentation. \*Key Responsibilities\* \- Prepare quotations, BOQs, and scopes of work \- Assist in tender documentation and submissions \- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documents \- Maintain proper filing system (digital \& physical) \- Handle emails, calls, and office correspondence \- Coordinate with site teams, suppliers, and clients \- Support invoicing, LPOs, and basic finance tasks \- Follow up on pending tasks and project updates \- Maintain and update company records and databases \- Track project progress and update internal reports \- Assist in preparing contracts, agreements, and official letters \- Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments \- Support procurement and material tracking \- Assist in basic digital marketing and social media updates \- Ensure smooth day\-to\-day office operations \*Requirements\* \- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field \- Minimum 2\+ years of experience in admin/office role \- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) \- Knowledge of BOQs, quotations, and tendering preferred \- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) \- Ability to multitask and work under pressure Job Type: Full\-time Pay: QAR2,500\.00 \- QAR4,000\.00 per month Experience: * Administrative : 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
