Key Responsibilities * Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations. * Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service objectives. * Monitor stock levels, merchandise displays, and product availability. * Ensure compliance with company policies, health \& safety, and operational standards. * Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally. * Support recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management of employees. * Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams. * Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance. * Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to financial controls. * Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and store presentation.
