Role emphasizes leadership, accuracy, and attention to detail DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **Prepare and bake bread, pastries, sandwiches, and other bakery items from scratch or as per standard recipes.** Prepare a variety of sandwiches, burgers, wraps, and snacks according to company standards and customer requirements. **Ensure consistent taste, texture, quality, and presentation of all bakery and sandwich products.** Monitor baking times, temperatures, and equipment performance to ensure product quality. **Maintain cleanliness and organization in the bakery and sandwich preparation area.** Manage ingredient inventory and request supplies as needed. **Minimize waste through proper portioning, handling, and storage of ingredients.** Follow hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times. **Ensure proper storage and freshness of bakery and sandwich ingredients.** Work efficiently during busy hours while maintaining quality and timely preparation of orders.Report equipment or maintenance issues promptly QUALIFICATIONS **Candidates must have catering experience specializing in canapés, finger foods, gourmet sandwiches, and the likes** Gulf experience is preferred, particularly from Kuwait or Qatar **Experience should be from good/premium catering companies and not buffet\-style operations.** Secondary education: Culinary or baking diploma/certification preferred **Minimum 5 years of professional baking experience** Skilled in baking from scratch and following standard recipes **Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredient handling** Reliable, detail\-oriented, and able to work under pressure **Culinary or baking diploma/certification preferred** Strong leadership and team management skills **High level of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in task execution** Physically fit to manage high production demands Pay: QAR3,500\.00 per month Work Location: In person
