Monitor and control sludge treatment processes Dewatering Operator \- Mind Stream Mind Stream is hiring a Dewatering Operator to manage and optimize sludge dewatering processes. This role involves operating specialized equipment, monitoring performance, and ensuring efficient sludge treatment operations to meet environmental and operational standards. Responsibilities: \- Operate sludge dewatering equipment including centrifuges, belt filter presses, and screw presses. \- Monitor and control sludge treatment and dewatering processes to achieve performance targets. \- Perform routine inspections of dewatering equipment and associated systems. \- Collect and record operational data, meter readings, and process information. \- Identify equipment abnormalities and report defects to maintenance personnel. \- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of dewatering facilities and equipment. Requirements: \- Experience with sludge dewatering equipment operation and sludge pump operation. \- Familiarity with polymer dosing systems and chemical consumption optimization. \- Ability to monitor process parameters, flow rates, pressures, and sludge quality. \- Knowledge of WWTP operations, environmental regulations, and safety standards. \- ITI Diploma, Secondary School or equivalent education.
