Work closely with staff to maintain smooth service flow **Responsibilities:** * **Order Accuracy and Timely Delivery:** * Ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food orders to the correct tables. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate order preparation and delivery. * **Customer Interaction:** * Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Respond promptly to customer requests and ensure their satisfaction. * **Communication with the Kitchen:** * Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure the timely delivery of orders. * Relay customer feedback to the kitchen and address any concerns. * **Maintaining Cleanliness:** * Keep the dining area and service stations clean and organized. * Assist with clearing tables and resetting them for new guests. * **Team Collaboration:** * Work closely with waitstaff and kitchen personnel to maintain a smooth flow of service. * Assist in various tasks to support overall restaurant operations. **Qualifications:** * Previous experience as a Food Runner is beneficial but not mandatory. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
