Key Responsibilities * **Manage Operations:** Oversee daily front\-of\-house and back\-of\-house restaurant operations. * **Drive Profitability:** Achieve financial targets through cost controls, inventory management, and strategic pricing. * **Lead Teams:** Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate diverse restaurant staff and management. * **Maintain Standards:** Enforce strict health, safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations. * **Guest Relations:** Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure top\-tier dining experiences. * Willing to work at open time. Requirements * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of proven managerial experience specifically in the F\&B industry, HORECA, Bakery Production * **Education:** Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or Business Administration preferred. * **Certifications:** Food Safety Manager certification, Project Management is highly desirable. * **Skills:** Expert knowledge of restaurant POS systems, budgeting, and supply chain management.
