As our business continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced and strategic **IT Director** to lead our technology initiatives and support the company's digital transformation objectives. Position Overview The IT Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company's information technology strategy, overseeing IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, business systems, and technology operations. This role will work closely with executive leadership to ensure technology solutions support business growth, operational efficiency, and organizational goals. Key Responsibilities * Develop and implement the company's overall IT strategy and technology roadmap * Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, networks, servers, and cloud\-based systems * Oversee cybersecurity programs, risk management, and data protection initiatives * Ensure reliability, performance, and security of all technology systems * Manage ERP, CRM, project management, and business software platforms * Develop IT policies, procedures, and governance frameworks * Lead digital transformation and process automation initiatives * Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement * Support business continuity planning and disaster recovery programs * Build, mentor, and lead high\-performing IT teams * Provide strategic technology recommendations to senior leadership * Monitor emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field * Master's degree or MBA considered an asset * Minimum 8\+ years of progressive IT leadership experience * Proven experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and business systems * Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud computing, networking, and IT governance * Experience with ERP systems, digital transformation projects, and technology integration * Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities Preferred Qualifications * Experience within manufacturing, engineering, construction, industrial services, or mechanical works environments * Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, AWS, or equivalent * Experience managing multi\-site technology operations * Knowledge of industrial automation and operational technology systems is an asset What We Offer * Competitive salary and executive\-level benefits package * Performance\-based incentives * Professional development and leadership growth opportunities * Collaborative and innovative work environment * Opportunity to lead technology strategy for a growing organization * Long\-term career advancement potential Pay: QAR20,000\.00 \- QAR25,000\.00 per month Work Location: In person
