Experience in Oil & Gas / Industrial projects preferred **Job Description:** Jascon Engineering is seeking experienced **Manlift Operators with a valid Crane License** for its Oil \& Gas operations in **Ras Laffan Industrial City**. The selected candidates will be responsible for safely operating manlifts to lift personnel and materials to elevated work areas while ensuring full compliance with safety regulations and company procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate manlift equipment safely and efficiently at project sites. * Lift personnel and materials to designated heights as per work requirements. * Conduct daily inspection of equipment before operation. * Follow all company **HSE policies and safety regulations**. * Coordinate with supervisors and other site personnel during lifting operations. * Report equipment defects or safety hazards immediately. **Requirements:** * Valid **Qatar ID (QID)**. * Valid **Crane Operator License** in Qatar. * Valid Manlift Operator Certificate * Minimum **3–5 years of experience** operating manlifts. * Experience in **Oil \& Gas / Industrial projects** preferred. * Experience working in **Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC)** is an advantage. * Good understanding of workplace safety procedures.
