Operating from our high\-volume hub on Street 33 of the Industrial Area, we are recruiting an Operations Excellence Manager to drive process optimization, eliminate workflow waste, and scale our cross\-docking and fulfillment efficiencies. This is a transformation\-focused role; you will utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced data modeling to restructure our day\-to\-day warehouse mechanics, fleet utilization, and inventory control frameworks to maximize profitability and throughput. **Key Deliverables** * Audit end\-to\-end logistics workflows to identify operational bottlenecks, structural inefficiencies, and resource waste. * Lead continuous improvement projects (Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) across our storage facilities and transport distribution lines. * Define, track, and optimize operational KPIs, including Order Pick Accuracy, Dock\-to\-Stock cycle times, and Fleet Utilization rates. * Champion the integration of advanced warehouse management systems (WMS) and automated logistics tracking technologies. * Mentor and train cross\-functional supervisors and floor teams in structured problem\-solving methodologies and standard operating procedures (SOPs). **The Professional Profile** * 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in logistics operations, freight forwarding, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years dedicated to an operational excellence or continuous improvement function. * Certified Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt with a proven track record of managing successful Lean transformations in a high\-volume industrial setting. * Deep expertise in data\-driven decision\-making, workflow layout engineering, and labor optimization modeling. * A university degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a highly related discipline. **The Package Matrix** We offer a flat, consolidated monthly payout of QAR 31,000, which takes care of your base salary, local housing provisions, and transit allowances.
