




**Job Purpose** We are seeking a **reliable, detail\-oriented Operations \& Inventory Coordinator** to manage day\-to\-day warehouse operations, inventory tracking, and administrative tasks. This role is critical to ensuring the accurate flow of stock, smooth internal operations, and support for the sales and procurement teams. **Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse \& Logistics** * Oversee daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for incoming shipments and delivery planning. * Ensure proper labelling, FIFO practices, and cleanliness in the warehouse. * Supervise loading/unloading, stock arrangement, and space optimization. **Inventory Control** * Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations. * Maintain real\-time stock levels and ensure data accuracy in the inventory management system (e.g., Odoo or similar). * Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and system records. * Support audits and cycle counts. **Administration \& Documentation** * Handle internal documentation related to stock movements, GRNs, delivery notes, and transfers. * Maintain and update operational records including invoices, purchase orders, and warehouse logs. * Support the procurement and finance team with admin follow\-ups, filing, and coordination tasks. **Internal Coordination** * Collaborate with procurement, sales, and finance departments to ensure operational readiness and alignment. * Support incoming containers’ clearance and documentation in coordination with the logistics team.
