Summary: We are seeking a Web Support Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and support web applications and websites, ensuring smooth functionality and enhancing user experience. Highlights: 1. Provide technical support for web applications and websites. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve website issues (front-end and basic back-end). 3. Collaborate with development teams to improve performance and user experience. We are looking for a Web Support Specialist to maintain, troubleshoot, and support web applications and websites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth website functionality, resolve user issues, and collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve performance and user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for web applications and websites. * Monitor website performance, availability, and uptime. * Troubleshoot and resolve website issues (front\-end and basic back\-end). * Handle user queries and incidents related to web services. * Perform routine maintenance, updates, and content changes. * Support deployment activities and coordinate with development teams. * Identify bugs and escalate complex issues to developers. * Ensure website security best practices are followed. * Maintain documentation for issues, fixes, and processes. * Assist in testing (UAT, regression testing) for web applications. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in web support or technical support. * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. * Familiarity with web servers (e.g., Apache, Nginx). * Understanding of APIs and web services. * Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira). * Good problem\-solving and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication skills. **Preferred Skills:** * Basic knowledge of databases (SQL). * Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). * Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure). * Experience with monitoring tools. **Key Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Time management * Customer\-oriented mindset * Ability to work under pressure Pay: QAR12,000\.00 \- QAR14,000\.00 per month Education: * Bachelor's (Required) Experience: * web support or technical support: 3 years (Required) Language: * Arabic (Required) * English (Required) License/Certification: * degree in Computer Science (Required) Location: * Doha (Required) Work Location: In person
