The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, assisting customers, and ensuring smooth communication between team members and management. **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and support daily retail sales operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction * Assist in achieving sales targets by monitoring performance and providing regular updates to management * Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer transactions * Support merchandising efforts, including product displays and stock replenishment * Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience * Collaborate with store staff to implement promotional campaigns and sales strategies * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers or management for restocking * Prepare sales reports and analyze trends to identify opportunities for improvement **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred) * Proven experience in retail, sales coordination, or a similar role * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and customer service abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales/inventory systems * Ability to work in a fast\-paced retail environment **Key Skills:** * Sales coordination and support * Customer relationship management * Attention to detail * Problem\-solving and decision\-making * Team collaboration **Working Conditions:** * Based in Al Wakrah, Qatar * Retail environment with flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays Job Type: Full\-time Work Location: In person
