We are seeking a proactive **Sales Coordinator** to support our sales operations and ensure seamless communication between clients, sales engineers, and project teams. Key Responsibilities * Coordinate and support the sales team in managing client inquiries, quotations, and proposals. * Prepare and maintain accurate sales documentation, including contracts, BOQs, and technical submissions. * Track project timelines, follow up with clients, and ensure smooth handover to operations teams. * Liaise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to gather technical and commercial information. * Maintain CRM systems and sales records to monitor pipeline and performance. * Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing client visits. * Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all sales activities. Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. * Experience in sales coordination within construction, MEP, or fire fighting systems. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. * Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and industry documentation. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. * Must have a valid QID Job Type: Full\-time
