The role mainly involves tracking equipment movement, usage hours, fuel consumption, and coordinating with the logistics/PMV team to ensure accurate documentation of all machinery and vehicle activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Record daily usage hours for all equipment and vehicles on site. * Monitor equipment movement, loading/unloading activities, and deployment across different work zones. * Track fuel consumption and maintain fuel issuance logs. * Keep logs of equipment standby time, breakdowns, and maintenance schedules. * Maintain records for rented equipment, including delivery notes, return notes, and usage summaries. * Coordinate with logistics supervisors and PMV team to verify equipment data. * Prepare daily and weekly equipment usage reports. **Requirements** * Minimum **1\-2 years of experience** in timekeeping or logistics operations. * Basic understanding of construction equipment and site logistics. * Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. * Ability to work in a construction site environment. * Basic computer skills (Excel; logistics software is a plus).
